Dave Gillon has joined The Plan Consulting Group (TPCG) as its Sr Vice President Operations & Senior Executive supporting the core operations and program execution within TPCG. He also leads the business development strategy and sales activities within the Industrial sector for TPCG.

Dave has extensive engineering, product and program management, global supply chain and operations leadership experience at a corporate level for multi-billion-dollar businesses, and a demonstrated track record of delivering exemplary business results, flawless project execution, and high-quality operations management while driving growth and improved profitability with some well-known organizations such as Ingersoll Rand, Trane, and Triumph Group.

Dave brings to TPCG over 30 years of global leadership experience as an engineering, operations, and supply chain leader in the industrial equipment and aerospace industries. He has experience within engineering, product/services management, service operations and procurement.  He brings a proven track record of successful implementation of process improvement initiatives, driving cost reduction strategies, and optimizing product and business strategies.  Dave also has wide-ranging experience implementing lean practices throughout an organization including areas of manufacturing, office, and service operations. He will be instrumental in leading TPCG’s customers to higher levels of effectiveness and efficiency. Most recently, Dave was the Director of Engineering and Technology for Ingersoll Rand. Prior to that, he led Global Services, Reliability, & Warranty and prior to that he was responsible for Global Category Management at Ingersoll Rand/Trane.
