Warren brings over 30 years of IT experience, ranging from hardware and software
service delivery from desktops to mainframes, focused on achieving the highest
ratings of client satisfaction.  

Bruce’s 20 year history with various IBM service organizations provided a solid foundation for managing client expectations. More recently Bruce was the president of a small networking consulting business supporting various clients including several public school systems in central Indiana.  Bruce joined TPCG in 2008 as the CWE Platform Manager.
