Ken Prosser is currently the practice lead for Facilities Management Optimization at The Plan Consulting Group (TPCG). Prior to joining TPCG, Ken had been with CBRE as the Managing Director for Global Engineering and Operations serving 384 million square feet and over 220 accounts. Prior to joining CBRE, Ken spent seven years with Sun Microsystems and Koll Management Services.

In his 25-year facility management career, Ken has served as the Director of Operations on several large portfolios specializing in facilities management; engineering and operations, energy management, strategic planning, sourcing/contract management, and call center operations and gained extensive experience in:
