Mr. Parsons, a Six Sigma Black Belt, has decades of experience with two highly regarded global companies — Harman International Industries and General Electric — providing cost management, financial team development, financial planning and analysis, as well as the implementation of business process improvements.

Mr. Parsons leverages his experience to lead The Plan Consulting Group’s program execution activities to ensure the client’s new programs and strategies launch effectively.

Mr. Parsons track record is remarkable. As director of cost and process improvement for the worldwide Harman Automotive OEM Division, Mr. Parsons led a wellness initiative to reduce health care cost, the acquisition of an engineering business located in China and Germany, business process improvements and manufacturing restructuring analysis. While at General Electric, he teamed with the vice president of manufacturing for the Electric Motors Business to develop a manufacturing restructuring plan and then partnered with plant managers and controllers to implement a financial measurement and reporting process focused on productivity improvement.
